After you purchase an item you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail that acknowledges we have received your order. At this time we will begin processing your order and we will prepare your item(s) for shipping. When your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive another e-mail to let you know that it has been shipped and provide you with the USPS delivery confirmation or UPS tracking number.
You can also check on the status of your order by logging into your account.and viewing the details of your previous orders.

Order Cancellation policy
Orders which show a status of 'pending' or 'processing' may be canceled by the buyer by notifying us through our Contact Us page.
Orders which show a status of 'shipment pending' may not be canceled by the buyer because the order has already been either packed for shipment and shipped, or sent to our suppliers for fulfillment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. In the event an order is canceled by us after payment is made the buyer will be entitled to a full refund of their payment.
Pricing, Availability and Out-of-Stock Products
TulipGourmet reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on its web site at any time..

All items for sale on TulipGourmet should be in stock and ready to ship daily but just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Order Acceptance Policy
TulipGourmet reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. .Credit Card Chargeback and Fraud Policy
You understand, acknowledge and agree that by using the TulipGourmet website, you agree to, and are bound by our Credit Card ChargeBack and Fraud Policy.
TulipGourmet does not tolerate credit card fraud. It is our policy to report all forms of Credit/Debit Card fraud to the appropriate legal authorities and to vigorously prosecute individuals and/or companies that commit Credit/Debit Card fraud by means of chargebacks, use of fraudulent Credit/Debit Cards or other forms of Credit/Debit Card fraud. We consider Credit/Debit Card chargebacks for items ordered and delivered to the buyer to be prima fascia evidence of theft.
In addition, we will pursue civil legal action, including referral of the buyer to a collection agency and reporting of their account to all 3 major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. In any civil action we will seek recovery of the charged back amount as well as any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, research costs, chargeback fees, employee down time and loss of revenues.
In addition, TulipGourmet considers credit card chargebacks to be fraud if you have made no reasonable effort to notify us by email that a problem existed, or to resolve or clarify a situation or matter.
