Returns Policy

You are important to us! If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it for a refund, within 30 days of the original purchase. 
 The product must be returned in the condition it was received ((including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap where applicable) TulipGourmet will not accept returns of new products which have been opened, or products which have been used or damaged by the customer .  We must receive your item back within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept items returned after 30 days.

Defective items must be reported to us as defective within 7 days of receipt.  Defective items may be exchanged for the same model only.

Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the incorrect product was shipped.

In order to return an item you must fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Any return without prior authorization will be refused and credit will not be given. After we process your RMA request, we will email you an RMA number and instructions on how to return the product.

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.

After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of 15%. 

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or online payment service after we receive the returned merchandise. Please allow 1-3 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive the item.

RMA INSTRUCTIONS

In order to return an item you must fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Do not ship items back prior to receiving an RMA number.

To request an RMA number, login to your account and click on 'My Orders' and then click on the order number of the item you wish to return--you will see a section on the invoice called 'Merchandise return'. Click the box next to the item you wish to return and fill out the reason for the return in the space provided in the 'merchandise return' box and then click the 'Make A RMA Slip' button. After submitting your RMA request you may check the status of the RMA by clicking the 'My merchandise returns' link on the left menu. You must wait for our confirmation of the RMA request before returning merchandise to us.

A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be marked on the outside of the shipping box for product returns.

You must ensure that merchandise is returned to receive proper credit. This means that the item(s) should be returned via a trackable shipping carrier, the shipment should be insured, and it should have a tracking number with some method of delivery confirmation or signature confirmation.

Only ship returns to the return address provided in your RMA confirmation email.

Note: Packages must have RMA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. All items must be returned in the original packaging.
